Are you a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to step up to a management role? If so, then we have good news for you We have an open position as a senior recruiter for the manufacturing and industrial sectors. This is an opportunity to work for an award-winning agency seeking a skilled individual to manage the team in the Derby area. The agency will provide training to help you excel in your role.

The agency based in Derby covers the Manufacturing, Engineering and Industrial Sectors. The current branch manager will be opening their branch, so they are seeking an individual with solid experience as a consultant to come into the business and take over the reins.

**Job Purpose**:

- While training for management, you will still be expected to build a desk - This is a warm desk, and you will be provided full help and support from the team.
- Identify, progress and convert sales leads as required
- Proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business opportunities
- Attend training to help progress to management.
- Source suitable vacancies in line with company policies and sales procedures
- Manage and profitably develop client relationships
- Establish and agree terms and conditions of service
- Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies
- Ensure all necessary administration, payment and aftercare services are concluded in line with company policies
- Understand and meet agreed KPIs (vacancies taken, calls made, interviews, etc)
- Meet and exceed agreed financial targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£39,975.33 per year
