**Qualification**:

We are currently looking for a talented, enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader/3rd in charge to join our friendly team.

**Personal qualities**:
We are looking for an experienced Early Years Educator/ Nursery Practitioner who is looking for a new challenge and potential career progression. Applicants must have highly effective communication and organisational skills and experience of working independently and competently to meet targets. You should be able to support the Nursery Manager by creating a stimulating and exciting environment in your room and have excellent knowledge and understanding of the Ofsted welfare requirements and Early Years Foundation Stage principles and practice; experience of working in a team and supporting staff in an early years environment. Reliability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. You will need to have strong leadership skills as you will be required to lead the team in your room.

**Duties**:
The role will involve delivering learning opportunities that meet children's individual needs, in a safe and stimulating environment; assist the team to plan, prepare and review activities; work in partnership with our parents and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery (please request a full job description for more detailed information).
