I am currently looking for a Family Solicitor/ newly qualified with a solid background in care and public children matters to join a successful childcare team with strong connections with the local area.

The role is to support a growing pipeline of work, from an existing client base, the firm offer a positive working environment and an excellent work life balance. The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with real career development opportunities.

**The role will involve**:

- Representing children, parents and family members in the range of public law children proceedings
- Undertaking own advocacy
- Experience in Childcare and public children law
- Solid background in a full range of public children law
- Proven case management and client development skills
- Children panel membership would be an advantage
