Senior Care Worker

**Duties**:

- Provide personal care assistance to elderly clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical professionals.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with elderly individuals.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
