Our client based in Bournemouth has an immediate requirement for an experienced Helpdesk Manager to run a small team of IT support desk engineers, with key responsibilities to include:

- Ensuring the best customer outcomes are being achieved by making sure the team are reacting in the most efficient and professional way.
- Organizing engineers’ workloads, both onsite and remote
- Organising equipment setup, both onsite and remote
- Organising equipment repairs, both onsite and remote
- Key office management duties
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Responsible for workflow of tickets
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years working experience for an MSP (1/2/3 line support), MS Windows server 2012/2016/2019 support and configuration to a reasonable level, networking hardware setup and support experience.
You will also ideally have experience in running a team, but this is not essential as long as you can demonstrate the right mindset.
Driving license and own car highly desirable
This is a full-time permanent position with an immediate start available; days and hours of work to be discussed at interview. We are able to offer a salary of £30,000-£45,000 DOE (plus pension and other benefits). Based in central Bournemouth, onsite parkingis available and it is just a 5 minute walk to Bournemouth Pier.
