Job Title: Behaviour Mentor

Location: Harrow, London

Type: Full-time, Long-term Position

Start Date: ASAP

**Salary**: £85 - £95 per day (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-to-one support to a Year 8 student with high behavioural needs
- Work closely with the student's teachers and other members of the school's support staff to develop and implement strategies to manage the student's behaviour
- Monitor the student's progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with the student's parents/carers to keep them informed of their child's progress and any concerns
- Attend and participate in meetings with the student's teachers, parents, and other members of the school's support staff

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working with students with behavioural needs
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications and/or training in special education or behaviour management would be highly advantageous

This is a full-time, long-term position commencing ASAP. The salary offered is £85 - £95 per day based on experience.
