**Job description**:
Key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to;
- To assist the Finance Manager with the preparation of financial information.
- Overheads and invoice tracking.
- Monthly Profit Forecast & Marketing costs analysis.
- Subcontractor statement reconciliations.
- Extras payments and orders, in conjunction with Finance and Site trackers.
- Assist with the development of Keepmoat reporting systems and procedures.

They will be **passionate **about working accurately with financial information to ensure the business meets its objectives. **Skills, knowledge & experience**:

- Experience in a similar role within Housebuilding is desirable but not essential.

**Education & qualifications**:

- Some knowledge of the building and construction industry
- AAT or QBE qualified
