Must be able to conduct presentations and instructional learning with an interactive and engaging approach, relating to business processes and benefits when imparting training content. Have tact, diplomacy and an ability to influence and work with different personality types and learning styles; a good level of communication and interpersonal skills is required. Able to provide post training support (e.g. floor walking, on-site, go-live and post go-live support).
Must have customer service awareness and a commitment to deliver a quality product, which meets customer needs; and evaluate learning content to ensure it meets these needs and implement improvements to enhance the quality of the service. Use reflective practice and undertake peer reviews to share best practice and improve skills. Able to manage own workload, prioritise, plan and organise a broad range of complex activities, including formulating work schedules/training plans in line with project timeframes.
