The role of Head of Recruitment and Communications will be responsible for recruiting the highest quality Doctoral applicants to the University of Bath, and enhancing the experience of doctoral applicants and students.
**About the role**:
The role will be predominantly focussed on developing and implementing an effective recruitment strategy in line with the University’s Doctoral Strategy, and leading the Doctoral Admissions and Recruitment team.
You will also work on a project basis alongside the Director of Doctoral College Operations to create and implement innovative, inclusive communication approaches, focussing on ensuring a high-quality customer journey from recruitment through to graduation, in order to ensure the continued recruitment of high-quality doctoral students.
You will be part of the Doctoral Recruitment and Admissions team within the Doctoral College and will work collaboratively with academic and other professional service colleagues, to support and enhance the experience of doctoral applicants.
This post is offered on a part-time (21.9 hours per week) permanent basis. The team works in a hybrid manner with Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office. There is flexibility over working patterns but you would be expected to be in the office on at least one of the in office days.
