We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Office or Facilities Manager to join a serviced offices facility based in South-East London.

Working as a key member of the front of house reception team, you will act as the face of the organisation, providing dedicated support and assistance to all new and current tenants of the building. Managing the dedicated customer service team, you willensure that the public areas of the building are neat and tidy at all times, including all meeting rooms, personally handling any escalated issues or concerns. You will also be the go to person for all new leads and potential new tenants, both over the phoneand in-person. Creating proposals for these potential tenants, you will offer show rounds and tours of the office, answering and questions and queries and overseeing the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.

As the Office and Facilities Manager, you will take responsibility for conducting regular reviews of all services contracts, including overseeing maintenance and cleaning contracts, building strong working relationships with all contractors. Ensuring thebuilding is safe for all employees, tenants and visitors will be a top priority, requiring regular checks of all facilities and safety features across the building. Working as a Senior member of the team, you will be required to complete monthly reportingduties, preparing client invoicing and collecting payments, ensuring all payments are completed and collected promptly.

With an exceptional customer service ethic, going the extra mile for your tenants will be second nature and you will always be on the lookout for ways to improve the current service offering. You will be proactive and have a keen eye for detail, moving betweendifferent tasks and priorities quickly whilst always ensuring your team have the support and guidance they need to perform to the best of their abilities.

To succeed in this fast-paced and incredibly varied role, you will have prior experience of working within Office or Facilities Management, ideally from within a multi-tenanted site. A flexible approach, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to buildrapport quickly will be key, as will a good commercial awareness and the willingness to keep learning new skills and systems as required as the role develops.
