**Senior Residential Support Worker
- NN6**

**Pay**:
£12.75 Qualified Senior, 2 Years Experience
- **Driving License Essential**_
- **Shifts can include Mornings, Nights, Weekends, Sleep Ins and Weekends**_

You will assist in leading staff to operate within legal parameters as described in the Companies Policies and Procedures, ensuring the homes are kept to a good standard, to include cooking and cleaning and of course safeguarding their welfare at all times. You will support the business, clinical & social development of the service. You will lead shifts and manage a team as well as a care team.
- **Essential**:_
- Good standard of Written and Spoken English, sufficient to write Records and Reports
- In Date DBS
- NVQ Level 3: Caring for Children and Young People
- Experience of working with young people, 12-17, with challenging behaviours
- Experience of Shift Leading and Supervising Care Staff
- Completing LAC Reports and attending external meetings
- Knowledge of Young People and the problems they face
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
- A STRONG desire to work with young people
- Ability to be patient and a sense of humour
- Safeguard at all times
- Be Flexible

- Current First Aid Qualification
- Safeguarding Training
- Health and Safety Training
- Working within a Care Home/Residential setting
- Experience of working with young people with Emotional, Behavioural Difficulties, Autism

Knowledge of Childcare Legislation
