Join us as a Marketing Executive with a knack for Data Analysis We’re on the lookout for someone who can not only showcase the value of our B2B marketing efforts but also drive tangible results.

As a Marketing Data & Analytics guru, you'll be behind our data-driven decisions, blending insights from various marketing systems seamlessly. Your primary playground will be our CRM powerhouse, Zoho, and the marketing automation wizardry of HubSpot. Your mission? To whip up reports that not only dazzle but also guide our strategies.

Your role isn’t just about crunching numbers; it’s about being the liaison between Marketing, Revenue Operations, Key Account Management, and Customer Success. You’ll be the go-to person for defining requirements, crafting specifications, and implementing reporting solutions.

**As our Marketing and Data Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to**:

- Craft and execute best practices for measuring the impact of our sales and marketing efforts
- Consolidate insights from various marketing campaigns and share key takeaways.
- Master the art of translating complex data into actionable insights, both in writing and verbally
- Dive deep into marketing metrics to uncover the magic behind our financial success.
- Keep our reporting systems and performance dashboards in tip-top shape to meet our evolving business needs
- Explore opportunities to automate analysis and streamline processes for maximum efficiency
- Lend a helping hand to teammates when needed, even if it means diving into some Zoho and HubSpot admin tasks

**To excel in this role, you’ll need**:

- A database marketing enthusiast with an eye for detail and a passion for making things happen
- A pro at juggling multiple tasks, with analytical skills
- A trailblazer who isn’t afraid to experiment and push boundaries
- A stats wizard with an arsenal of MS Access, SQL, SOQL, and Excel tricks up your sleeve
- A master of time management, thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- A natural-born leader who can rally small teams and run meetings like a boss
- Armed with a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- Well-versed in the ways of Google Analytics

**Easy transport routes from; Didcot, Oxford, Abingdon, Wantage, Henley, Reading, Newbury, Swindon, Thame, High Wycombe**
**Job Type** - Permanent
**Status** - Full-Time Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
