**Your new company**
I am proud to be working with my client, a leading school based in central Cambridge, who are seeking an HR Advisor to support the HR team on an interim basis of 3-6 months.
**Your new role**
As the HR Advisor, reporting into the Head of HR, and working as part of a small HR team, you will be performing a variety of generalist HR activities including the full employee lifecycle, Learning & Development, policy work and Employee Relations case work.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will also possess strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner and able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
**What you'll get in return**
In return, you will receive a competitive pay of up to £36,000 FTE for this 3-5 month FTC. This role is based in lovely central Cambridge, a short walk from the station, and offering hybrid working of 2 days a week for full-time and 1 day for part-time.
You will also receive free lunch and passes to the stunning Botanic Gardens.
