General Experienced Administrator

We are a Property Sales, lettings and Management Company based in Bedford.
We are looking for an all round experienced administrator to join our small busy team.
You will need to have a can do attitude, work in an effective manner to achieve general administrative tasks accurately in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
**The company are keen to assist in working time flexibility to achieve focus and dedication and will consider individuals circumstances to achieve this.**
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Dealing with day to day administrative tasks;
- Procuring quotations, estimates and general accounting as required;
- Support the team to ensure deadlines are met.
- Be experienced in resolving administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Be computer literate to enable efficient and prompt management and presentation of the information
- Delivery of exceptional quality Customer Service with good command of English language both written and oral.
- To adhere to company procedures and achieve day to day duties
- Liaising with colleagues, customers and contractors as required in a polite, calm and professional manner in accordance with company process.
Skills and qualities:
- Competent in microsoft office suite including word
- Polite, calm and experienced with customers and colleagues.
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels in English both written and oral
- Ability to prioritise
- Capable of recognising the impact and/or consequences of proposed actions
- Good organisational skills
- Pro-active care and consideration of situations and circumstances
- ‘Can do’ attitude
- Clear concise presentation of facts
- Practical and positive approach to problem solving
- Flexible and able to multi task
