**Your responsibilities**:

- As a Field Swapper your job is to drive around by van, car or bike delivering bikes to our customers and helping them repair their bike on-site;
- Providing excellent service to our customers;
- Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes;
- Perform easy on-site repairs of Swapfiets bikes - You will get trained for that ;)
- Drive basket value by offering additional products that are desired by our members;
- Work between 10 - 25 hours a week as part of a young and dynamic team of "Swappers".

**Your profile**
- Working experience in Retail;
- A clean driving license;
- Affinity with bikes and service;
- Fluent in English.
