Support Workers needed on a permanent basis to support adults across Cockermouth & surrounding areas
**Your new company**
Your new company is looking for Support Workers across Cockermouth & the surrounding area to work in a supported residential setting with adults that have learning disabilities and autism.
**Your new role**
In your new role you will be working on a full-time or part-time basis as a Support Worker covering day & night shifts and working with adults who have been diagnosed with a learning disability. As a Support Worker, you will need to combine your professionalexperience and skills to work with the clients on a day-to-day basis to promote their safety and well-being.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to be confident in working with adults and have a genuine desire to support the work of the team. To be considered for daytime Support Work roles you must:

- Have recent experience of working in similar settings (and be able to provide references)
- Have experience working with vulnerable adults
