About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and participate in their communities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support.

Loretto and Briarbank are two of our services that provide a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Our staff team works closely with the individuals to ensure their needs are met and their lives are enhanced.

Requirements

We are looking for a Support Worker who is person-centred, relaxed, and easy-going. The ideal candidate will be able to build genuine relationships with the individuals we support and provide support with daily living tasks, such as cooking evening meals and administering medication.
