HR Trainee - working with UK, Denmark and Norway (Temp Contract, initially 12 months with potential for extension)

**Location**: Southall, United Kingdom (Hybrid, at least 2-3 days in the office per week)

Salary £30,000 + competitive benefits

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own the administrative process for various parts of the employee lifecycle, you will have the freedom and empowerment to suggest and implement process improvements
- Drive Talent Acquisition, with the support of the team, both local and Global Talent Acquisition, you will understand how to add real value to the business by recruiting the best talent in the market as efficiently as possible
- Create the best onboarding experience in the industry, working both with local teams and CoEs you have the chance to enhance our onboarding process to ensure we are continuously improving our standards
- Actively contribute to different global/regional/local HR initiatives for the different divisions
- Handle employee relations and operational issues through our internal systems & procedures
- Work to truly understand the business, our aim will be to give you the opportunity to develop into a true business partner with the ability to think through and deal with complex business challenges and how HR can support in solving these
- Get involved, you will be an integrated part of the team and will have the chance to add value in many areas, grab the opportunity with both hands

- Either 3-4 years’ work experience in a HR role OR relevant degree (e.g. Business, Psychology, Economics)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. You will be asked to deliver presentations in front of groups (live and via video calls) and while full training and support will be given you need to know that you can do this
- Relationship building skills, you will need to build authentic relationships with many people, both internally and externally
- Sound judgement and problem-solving ability. Positive attitude with determination and urgency
- Organised and meticulous when it comes to detail, especially where others may overlook
- Embracing of a fast-moving, dynamic and multicultural environment where things change quickly
