An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Lead Administrator to join the team working within The Abbey Practice, Arbroath.

We are looking to recruit Lead Administrator who, as part of the wider general practice reception team, will ensure delivery of a high standard of service to the registered practice population. Duties are varied to provide lead administrative support to the practice team.

The post holder will be required to operate with a high degree of autonomy, should be a good communicator, have high levels of numeracy and literacy skills and be proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages. Experience of General Practice and/or GP IT systems preferred.

Hours by negotiation, but as the practice is open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday we do require team members to be flexible to ensure provision of an effective administrative function.

**You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.**

Hours of work are: 37.5 hours per week
