As a Quality Engineer, you will be required to support the production teams and lead in investigating issues to identify true root cause and lead teams to implement corrective actions.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, key responsibilities include:

Working with internal teams to improve the quality of products for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Liaising with suppliers and customers (quality related matters).
Addressing Customer quality complaints and returns.
Responsible for the integrity of the Quality Management System through planning internal audits to satisfy the requirements of H&S ISO45001, Quality IATF16949 (ISO9001) and Environmental ISO 14001.
Preparing PPAP documentation to submit to customers for New Projects including the creation of control plans or equivalent and FMEA’s when required.

Visual inspection of cosmetic components/assemblies advantageous
Knowledge of quality management systems, associated industry recognised standards (ISO9001, IATF 16949 & AS9100).
Automotive industry knowledge.
