**About Our Client**:
Our client is a reputable institution within the Not-For-Profit sector within York. They have a dedicated team of professionals across various departments which this role would work closely with. They are committed to contributing positively to society and foster an inclusive and supportive work environment.

As Finance Business Partner duties will include, however not limited to;
- Actively contribute to the strategic financial planning process
- Engage in budget management and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Generate financial reports and present them to the management
- Assist in the annual audit process
- Participate in cross-departmental projects
- Support the Accounting & Finance department in ad-hoc tasks

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Relevant prior experience
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
