**Fixed-term: from 1 July, 2023 to 31 August, 2024**

We are looking for an Engagement and Impact Officer to help deliver an ambitious programme of public engagement events for the final 14 months of a 3-year project funded by the AHRC: ‘Alice Thornton’s Books: Remembrances of a Woman’s Life in the Seventeenth Century’.

**The Opportunity**:
You will work alongside the project team, and School Marketing and Communications teams, to plan and facilitate the delivery of an ambitious programme of public engagement events (including blog, website, talks, and other high-profile events) in 2023/2024.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Track record of successful organisation and promotion of public engagement events.
- Excellent skills of oral and written communication in relation to a range of audiences.
- Proficiency in social media communications.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
