**Purpose of the role is to**

- Support PC client build, setup and deployment

**THEREFORE WE NEED YOU TO**

**Be skilled at**
- Eager and willing to learn new skills and IT technologies

**Have experience of**
- IT Client and Server Operating Systems and MS Applications
- PC build and setup
- Following detailed processes with a high attention to detail

**Demonstrate knowledge of**
- Technical problem solving skills and an analytical mindset

**Hold these qualifications**
- 2:1 or better IT or Computer Science Degree

**Be**
- An organised individual with excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to build customer rapport quickly, to enable you to offer exceptional customer service.

**Success in this role will be if you**
- Develop the required skills to confidently manage the build and setup of PCs to the HPP defined process, organising exchanges, replacements and upgrades as required to meet project goals

**Additional information**
- Typcial day to day duties include
- Stock management of new, returned, fixed PCs
- Execute build processes for PCs
- Software installation and setup
- Customer liaison, PC handover and return management
- Maintain and work against a deployment and project plan
- Define new Build process steps for new PC models
- Review and testing of new PC models

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £33,000.00 per year
