Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for Helpdesk Coordinators to start immediately in Bellshill.

**About the role**:

- Working for a leading Facilities Management company
- Answer calls for a growing multi-contract fast-paced Helpdesk
- Live Call logging on Internal Facilities Management system
- Assigning and Dispatching to various resources via multiple channels
- Issue reports to Internal and external clients/Customers using an in-house system
- Administration tasks as required by the business
- 09:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri
- 12.36 per hour paid on a weekly basis

**About you**:

- Helpdesk experience
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Excellent attention to detail including a high level of accuracy
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft packages
