**YOUR ROLE**:

- Manage business related configuration topics for dedicated technical solutions supporting Customer Service Excellence (CSX) operations, such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Contact Center Management Tool, SAP ERP CUP, Electronic Sales Order Entry/ Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), E-Shop, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), etc.
- Daily operation of Customer Service tools and administration, e.g. user creation, adjustment of access rights.
- Responsible for the initial user training and creation of training material for users and ongoing updates for Service Cloud systems
- Provide feedback for continuous development and improvement of CSX tools in close alignment with product owners, IT, and key users.
- Support CSX with AdHoc requests from customers, using automation, tools, and Customer Master Data possibilities.
- Identify automation and self-service opportunities for users within CSX tools, e.g., process automation and workflows for case management, approvals and collaboration.
- Manage customer specific labelling requests between sales and CSX and IT.
- Customer service Europe EDI key user

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- High level of organization, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Excellent in problem solving, is solution orientated and has good influencing skills.
- SAP EDI knowledge would be an advantage.
- Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge would be an advantage.
- Proactive, target driven, self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
- A customer focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience within a customer service, or a supply chain role.
- Good level of SAP and MS office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) are desirable skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Team player.
