Amazing opportunity to join a small but high growth data driven SaaS company who are looking for a 'Head of Support' to take full ownership in reshaping, redefining and reenergising the department
This opportunity would suit a highly motivated and experienced leader who is looking to put their own stamp within an ambitious and expanding technology company that is craving change
Established 17 years ago, this company is a growing Data driven SaaS technology company that provide there solutions to a range of industries Classified as a small - medium sized business, this is a great opportunity to help shape an department looking tomake large amount of change an improvements.
As the 'Head of Support' you will be responsible for spearheading a large improvements project focused on all areas of the support function and will require the experience and confidence of the successful person to help redefine, shape and improve the departmenton all levels and ultimately provide a much more customer centric approach to supporting the core product
This is the perfect opportunity for someone to sink their teeth within an exciting project where you will be valued for your significant impact in a growing tech business
The role:

- Head of Support
- Managing a small department (3x people) that supports their core SaaS product
- Redefine, reshape, improve the overall department to provide a better customer experience
- Full ownership and autonomy to improve and drive change within the team
The Person:

- Experience in building and managing a support function in a small business.
- Experience within SaaS (Ideally a procurement SaaS product but not essential)
- Confident and motivated to shape and drive forward a department.
- Looking for a challenging role where you can take full ownership in driving improvements and change
- Happy to work hybrid remote
