You will be able to work flexibly and stand in for staff absences, in a variety of roles.
The Heartwood team are friendly and committed to doing their best and knowledge of the counselling profession would be extremely beneficial in this role.
As an Office Administrator, you must have strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills, as well as a focused and committed approach.
Your hours of work will be between Monday and Friday 9am - 5pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with and assisting the Centre Director.
- General administration tasks, including taking calls e mails, filing, photocopying and maintaining records.
- Entering information into databases, compiling and analysing simple data.
- Covering other administration staff absences.

At least GCSEs at a higher level.
Extensive experience of working with administrative practices and procedures.
A proven ability to communicate concisely, appropriately and confidently at all levels, to listen to and comprehend issues - this includes excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office competency, especially with Word and Excel.
Preferably a Level 3 counselling qualification.

Expected hours: 35 per week

- No weekends
