Office Administrative Assistant

Heartwood Counselling and Psychotherapy College are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator who can assist a variety of roles.
The Heartwood team are friendly and committed to doing their best and some knowledge of the counselling profession would be beneficial in this role.
As an Office Administrator, you must have strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills, as well as a focused and committed approach.
Your hours of work will be between Monday and Friday 9am - 5pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working with and assisting the Centre Director and other administration staff.
- General administration tasks, including e mails, filing, photocopying and maintaining records.
- Entering information into databases, compiling and analysing simple data.
We offer training and on-going support in your role so you can achieve your best potential.
GCSEs at levels 4 or above.
Experience of working with administrative practices and procedures.
A proven ability to communicate concisely, appropriately and confidently at all levels, to listen to and comprehend issues - this includes excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office competency, especially with Word and Excel.
Preferably a Level 3 counselling qualification.

**Salary**: From £10.20 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
