Bim Coordinator

**Essential**
- Minimum 1 year experience in Revit MEP
- Minimum 2 years’ experience co-ordinating MEP Services
- Experience using Navisworks
- Experience using Autocad
- Within commutable distance of our office by East Croydon Station
- Attention to detail, great communication, inquisitive, team player

**Preferred**
- Degree in mechanical/ electrical engineering or similar
- Experience working at an M&E contractor
- Experience being based on site
- CSCS card

**Additional information**
- Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00 with 1 hour lunch (37.5 hours)
- You will be working alongside a small team working on some exciting projects across London
- Permanent role, salary negotiable DOE
- 3 Month probation period

**Salary**: Up to £40,000.00 per year
