Essential

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Revit MEP
  • Minimum 2 years' experience coordinating MEP Services
  • Experience using Navisworks
  • Experience using Autocad
  • Within commutable distance of our office by East Croydon Station
  • Attention to detail, great communication, inquisitive, team player

Preferred

  • Degree in mechanical/ electrical engineering or similar
  • Experience working at an M&E contractor
  • Experience being based on site
  • CSCS card

Additional information

  • Monday to Friday 8:3017:00 with 1 hour lunch (37.5 hours)
  • You will be working alongside a small team working on some exciting projects across London
  • Permanent role, salary negotiable DOE
  • 3 Month probation period
