White Horse Employment are partnering with a well established accountancy practice who have offices based all over the South West. We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join their friendly and supportive team. This role will either be in their Swindon or Trowbridge offices and be hybrid working with 3 days in the office.

In this role you will be to undertaking all bookkeeping activities for a variety of different profiles including high profile and more complex clients. You will ensure all deadlines and accounting standards are met above and beyond expectations along with providing an outstanding customer service throughout.

You will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including:

- Preparing management accounts monthly and quarterly
- Inputting data and processing payments as required
- Managing and completing all VAT returns for allocated clients
- Composing correspondence to clients, tax office, registrar of companies and others
- Visit client sites as required to carry out bookkeeping and management accounts
- Conduct training for relevant accounts packages, both internally and to clients
- Maintain a full and accurate audit trail by filing and referencing documents
- Seek out personal development opportunities and complete CPD record annually

We are looking for someone with strong bookkeeping experience who are QBE or atleast AAT Level 3 qualified. If you are a team player, have a high attention to detail and strong work ethic then this is the opportunity for you

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
