This position is **Homebased** with monthly travel to **Grantham** and Annual Travel to designated Companies**.** You will join us on a **full time, permanent basis**. **About the Continuous Improvement Lead role**:
- Driving Licence is essential- We operate flexi time and flexible working.
**The Continuous Improvement Lead**will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Trust Quality Improvement Strategy - aimed at care & support regulatory & contractual practice excellence. The post holder will be responsible for supporting senior managers and teams to devise and implement quality improvement projects and plans locally, and procedures and tools to support the implementation of policy and best practice group wide. They will provide coaching and expertise in quality improvement methodology. The role will involve co-design and delivery of the Trust Quality Improvement training packages and programmes. The role will also support the regulatory advice & assurance function of the team, implementing themed audits.
**Key Responsibilities as our Continuous Improvement Lead**:
- Work collaboratively with different staff groups (to include Managing Directors, Operational Managers, Operational Assurance managers CSL and TC)- Monitor and highlight reviews of Risk Maps that are required each quarter reporting on the risks identified for each company- Provide expertise within the team, working closely with the Information Lead to measure continuous improvement relating to operational and risk assurance. Facilitate working groups that scope content of policy and roles and responsibilities. Complete Serious Incident case review chronology information gathering- Ensure Project Plans and Risk Registers for each company are monitored on the assurance dashboard and highlight any non-submission via a summary report- To attend, where possible, Operational Assurance team meetings, including Operational Risk Assurance Committee Meetings and the Thera Group Operational Risk Assurance Committee Meeting, sharing best practice and thematic issues- Support the head of Operational Assurance with the administration of the independent review panel- Monitor, and report on notifications to CQC and CI (Scotland), highlighting trends and potential risks for the Internal Review Panel- Collate, and analyse information relating to the progress of Operational Assurance/Risk Assurance projects for relevant internal meetings. Contribute to the development of Thera Group policies and procedures in relation to regulatory assurance, internal auditing and continuous improvement
