Due to recent expansion and growth within the company we are looking to recruit a full-time Finance Administrator to manage day to day bookkeeping and credit control for the business.

Aether Compliance Ltd is fast becoming a market leader within our sector. The Company provides specialist building compliance services to our Facilities Management and Hospitality portfolio.

A fast moving, modern 'digital first', paperless and carbon neutral company servicing of 2000 properties across the UK (and growing)

**The role**:
This full-time position (based at our Chelmsford Office) will be working alongside our business manager with support from our groups financial controller. You will be the first point of contact for customers financial queries and will maintain day to day bookkeeping and basic credit control tasks.

The varied day to day tasks will include (but not be limited to):

- Recording day to day expenditure
- Purchase orders
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash reconciliations
- Setting up new accounts with clients / suppliers
- Raising invoices
- Providing statements to clients
- Chasing up overdue accounts
- Maintaining cashflow forecast
- Assisting the financial controller in preparation of monthly management reports.
- Assisting with P&L forecasting and business modelling
- Other general office and administration tasks as required

The role requires a certain level of attendance to our Chelmsford office to work with our team however a flexible / hybrid work pattern to suit applicants requirements is acceptable for this role.
