**MORTGAGE PROFESSIONAL / MANCHESTER / UP TO £25,000 to £30,000 P.A. D.O.E. + BENEFITS**
An exciting new opportunity for an experienced mortgage professional to join a fast-growing central Manchester mortgage broker.

Our client is an expert buy-to-let, residential and development finance business. They are now seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Paraplanner to work directly with the MD to support all his cases. The client base is all experienced investors, so you must have a passion for rapport building, understand client objectives and maximise customer experience whilst delivering excellent customer service when dealing with customers’ queries to a successful conclusion. The role is a paraplanning role, but post probation, there is scope to advise alongside your existing day-to-day responsibilities.

**What’s on Offer?**
- Salary £25,000 to £30,000per annum, depending on experience.
- 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).
- Full training provided and genuine progression through the business.

**Key Responsibilities of the Mortgage Professional**:

- Review completed fact find and associated client documents.
- Research the market and find a suitable lender for the client.
- Review property and perform the required due diligence.
- Create case overview for the advisor and suitability letter for client.
- Build relationships with lenders and local business development managers.
- Be up to date with market knowledge information and economic Knowledge.
- Assisting in the researching of appropriate products and solutions.
- Adherence to the service level agreements and ensure compliance guidelines are met with each case.
- Adhering to Anti Money Laundering requirements and ensure correct filing of documents for compliance.
- Liaising between clients, professional contacts, and providers.
- Ensuring correct filing of documents for compliance purposes.

**Skills Required**:

- Proactive, hands on, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Used to working in a small business, with a can-do attitude and strong team work ethic.
- Understand client objectives and how and why they are investing, understand investment strategy.
- Friendly, approachable, and hardworking someone who gets head their down and works hard.
- Able to build relationships with lenders and local BDM’s.
- Be up to date with market knowledge information and economic Knowledge.
- CEMAP essential, and if advising after probation, commission will be paid.
- Would suit an experienced home-owner mortgage advisor.
