We are looking for established individuals with previous experience in a call centre environment to join our team and be able to hit the ground running by putting their experience and skills to work.

As a leading player in the energy industry, providing exceptional services to our customers. We are moving at a rapid pace in 2024, to assist us with our expansion plans we are seeking talented, driven individuals to join us.

**Key Tasks**:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
- Close sales and achieve individual and team KPI’s
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

**Start date 15th April**

**Please note this position is not remote, this is an in office position.**

**Monday - Friday - No weekends.**

**Hours/shift patterns - 10-6pm / 12-8pm**

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
