Our Head of Retail Partnerships will lead our international strategy, bringing on board Blue-Chip Retailers (outside of North America) to our network and building strong strategic partnerships. With an entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem solving skills, you will have the opportunity to grow with Tillo. We are currently trusted by 2000+ brands around the globe, but we know there's plenty more that will benefit from the Tillo platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ownership of the **strategy** for the Retail Partnerships team
- Lead on all pitches, presentations, pricing for new potential direct Retailers/ content brands
- Pipeline maintenance
- Working closely with marketing to ensure our inbound and outbound marketing is in line with our strategy
- **Negotiating** excellent terms with new/existing brands
- Ensuring we are visible at international events
- **Monitoring** performance of retail activities using key metrics
- Recruiting and manage a team in line with our growth plans

**About You**:
You have strong commercial awareness, and proven negotiation skills within Retail Gift Cards or for a major retailer. You make data-driven decisions, and are able to take ownership of projects and outcomes.

As an experienced sales person you have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain good working relationships, and you will bring an outstanding network of contacts within the Gift Card industry. Ideally, you will be used to working with international brands.
