Job Summary:nThis is an entry level role in which you will play a key role in the day-to-day operating of the business. You will support our Partnerships Manager in setting up digital campaigns for our brand partners and monitoring their performance.

Key Responsibilities:nEmail partners to source asset requirements and set up campaigns in our CMS.nAnswer any ad-hoc questions partners have throughout the process via email or occasional calls.nUse affiliate networks (such as AWIN, Impact and others) to set up live tracked campaigns and monitor performance.nSend contracts and fill out booking forms.nManage internal reporting and liaise with our finance team to ensure accurate billing.nSet up client-facing shared documents to manage processes, including schedules and reporting.nSuggest ideas for campaign optimisation, whether asset or copy-related, and spot commercial opportunities.nHelp bring in new business by creating prospect lists and conducting email-based outreach to prospective brand partners.

Requirements:nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.nExceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.nHands-on, get it done attitude and a strong, engaged team player.nCommercially aware, with bonus points for an entrepreneurial attitudenUnderstanding of technology and how it can innovate company processesnSocial personality and a sense of funnExperience in the affiliate marketing world, with prior knowledge of AWIN, Impact or other affiliate networks, is highly advantageous.
