**About us**

LMTLSS are a group of SEND and Neurodiversity support companies varying from SEND Social Care to ADHD assessment and diagnosis and training and consultancy for education establishments based in Burnley, Lancashire.

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Provide small group workshops for social care staff teams to support service users with communication needs matching the training, in person.
- Provide in person or online remote training for parents / guardians / general public as small timeframe workshops on basic topics or as an extended full course.
- Work with young people with additional communication and learning needs to support their use of and understanding of sign.
- Must be certified and have ability to issue certificate of completion for those participating on completion.
- Support in the growth of the service area via promotion of the offer, with potential to take part-time or full-time position if this is of interest.

**Experience**:

- Experience working in SEND education or tutoring field is preferred or to have had fluent use of Makaton/BSL in work place.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate children and adults of various age groups.

Pay: £22.00-£26.00 per hour
