**Sales and Export Administrator**

**Location**: Outskirts of Malton

**Contract**: Full time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000 (Depending on Experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive customer PO and prepare for entry onto system (check order number, part number, quantity, price, delivery date, delivery address, correct account number.
- Receive despatch paperwork form warehouse.
- Book transport as required UK and Export, making sure all documentation is correct.
- Book in customer deliveries if required.
- Prepare despatch paperwork including packing list and any other relevant documentation.
- Raise and send UK sales invoices.
- POD requests
- Prepare export invoices and send to freight forwarders.
- Collate monthly delivery statistics for sales orders.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent Administration skills
- Export and logistics knowledge is desirable.
- Have excellent communication skills, both in verbal and all written correspondence
- Positive attitude
- Excellent IT skills with aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
- Be organised and able to work on your own initiative.

If you are an experienced Administrator with some knowledge of despatch and logistics, then this could be the perfect role for you.
