Precision Landscapes are currently recruiting for a Landscaping Foreman to join an exceptional and forward thinking landscaping business. They require a Landscape Foreman with a strong landscaping background or has worked within a similar groundworks role, to support them with a variety of projects across warwickshire and surrounding counties. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join a growing and developing business.

**Duties and Responsibilities of a Landscaping Foreman**:

- Day to day management of site and staff.
- Following design plans, through construction of hard and soft landscaping.
- The role involves traveling, ability to interpret plans with a clear forward approach and be capable of leading general site works and issues that occur daily while undertaking tasks
- Adapt and be flexible to weather and work plan changes.
- Show leadership and maintain motivation with your crew members daily.
- Oversee and communicate the need for and planning of materials.
- You should show flexibility to undertake appropriate training to meet the requirements of the company and fulfil Health and Safety obligations with general safe working
- Must be able to work under own initiative and hardworking with an ability to problem solve and manage a team

**Skills and Qualifications required from a Landscaping Foreman**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience ideally suited to this role.
- A clear ability to read from plan, understanding of general standard practice in construction, with a wide range of skills well attuned for the industry being essential.
- Setting out - from plan
- Safe use of machinery digging out to established levels with good understanding of specs and general building practices.
- Competant use of lazer levels, power tools and machinery within the trade
- Drainage and groundworks
- Timberwork, brickwork and any specialist elements like natural stone or reclamation works
- Slab/porcelain laying
- Ground preparation and turfing
- Planting
- Practical experience and good knowledge of hard and soft landscaping ideally, but at least one or the other
- Full UK Drivers License and own vehicle is essential due to travelling.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
