Landscape labourer
**Location**: Warwickshire and surrounding counties
**Salary**: £21,000 -£ 23,500pa
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
**Additional Benefits**: Overtime opportunities (paid at time and a half), 28 days holiday (inc BH), Pension scheme

Precision Landscapes are currently recruiting for a Landscape labourer to work their exceptional and forward thinking landscaping business. They prefer a labourer with a minimum of 1 years' experience within a similar role to support them with a variety of projects across Warwickshire and the surrounding counties. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join a growing and developing business.

**Duties and Responsibilities of a Landscape Operative**:

- You will be required to work in a team of Landscape crew
- Following design plans and installing gardens covering hard and soft landscaping.
- The job involves travel, working outside all year round and in all weathers.
- This position would suit an individual with team spirit, hardworking ethic and a 'Can do' attitude.
- You should show flexibility to support undertaking a multitude of tasks within the trade including general day to day training to learn skills meeting the requirements of the business and clients with a general care towards fulfilling Health and Safety obligations.
- There will manual lifting, digging and machines involved.
- Must be able to work under own initiative at times and a hardworking ethic.

**Skills and Qualifications required from a Landscape Operative**:
Experience working in the Landscape industry is ideal.

Willing to learn within the following:

- Machinery operations/groundworks
- Confidence using and understanding of general power tools and maintenance practices
- Slab laying/porcelain laying
- Ground preparation and turfing
- Soft and hard landscaping
- Brickwork and carpentry
- Full UK Drivers License and own vehicle is essential due to travelling.

**Salary**: £10.45 per hour
