**JOB PURPOSE**

To support the Quality assurance within the warehouse and ensure the quality that Staci efficiently dispatches all client orders on time and in full.

**KEY CHALLENGES**

- IT Skills, ability to use Staci’s IT systems to conduct duties for example hand held scanners.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To receive all STACI stock, returns and process accurately back to stock
- Picking and packing of orders.
- Pick orders from locations on the picking list.
- Pack orders with products listed on sales order list.
- Process waste into appropriate waste categories for collection by our environmental partner.
- Communicate any challenges or issues to department Team Leader or Section Manager.
- Maintain a safe working environment, observing health and safety procedures at all times. Ensure that the work area is kept clean and free from hazards and waste at all times.
- Undertake other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers.
- Carrying out the daily picking allocations in line with the site pick waves.
- Identifying any unpickable orders and following through either by liaising with goods in for goods awaiting putaway or raising internal transfer orders.
- Confirming WMS transactions as instructed i.e. putaway and picking.
- Liaison with delivering drivers
- Supporting with administration updating traffic calendar and scanning delivery paperwork.
- Controlling and releasing ad hoc receipts in line with operational throughput capabilities.
- Query management from Operations and client services in relation to unpicked orders.
- Run inbound reports and flag any receipts that are close to SLA time limit.
- Communicate with section managers over any issues.
- Deal with WMS issues.
- Cover main administration duties that support the allocation of customer orders in the absence of colleague at opposite site.
- General data input.
- Maintain a safe working environment, observing health and safety procedures at all times. Ensure that the work area is kept clean and free from hazards and waste at all times.
- Undertake other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers.
