We are currently seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and broadly skilled Graduate Consultants to work in our EIA division at Temple.

**The Role**

The Graduate Consultant will report to a senior consultant colleague and work closely with all internal teams (including our EIA, Air Quality, Environmental Management & Consents teams) and a wide range of external partners to deliver across a range of projects.

The role will provide an opportunity to work in a small dynamic company but on some of the most exciting projects in the UK, with a sense of feeling that a difference can be made to the way the company operates, even at a junior level.
- Have a degree in a relevant field (e.g. Environmental Management/ Planning/ Science/ Geography or equivalent).
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the Environmental Impact Assessment process;
- Have a strong work ethic and be organised, flexible and motivated;
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Approach their work in a professional, enthusiastic and proactive manner.

Experience of any of the following would be useful:

- Prior voluntary or work experience within consultancy or environment related activities;
- Membership, or working towards membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g. Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment);
- A second degree or further qualification (e.g. MSc).
