Office Based, 5 minutes walk from Shadowmoss tram-stop

**Salary**: £21,000-£24,000
Excellent Compounding Bonus structure

**Shift Pattern**: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 (with flexibility to cover rota of 07:30 - 17:30)

As Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will bring your tenacity and drive to an excellent training program to capitalise on new business, drive branch sales, supply best-in-class service and staffing solutions to your specified client base, to maximise branch potential and exceed customer expectations.

Our Built Environment Division are expanding, any transferable sales or customer relationship building experience will be considered. You will use aspects of your degree or work experience to develop as a strategic partner, to rapidly assure your clients’ needs. You will be a team player, holding relationships, eager to deliver profits and create a business case for your own team.

**Graduate Recruitment Consultant Core Responsibilities**:
developing an understanding of strategic client partnerships; attend client visits, meetings, know their business
develop sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business
Maintain awareness of market competition, competitor analysis to maximise margin percentage
Graduate Recruitment Consultant Experience/Skills & Competencies:
Have excellent networking abilities, strong influence, and persuasion skills.
Demonstrate the ability to deliver challenging financial targets
Identifying a high value target market.
Devising a strategy that addresses the market needs.
Operating highly efficient and effective systems and processes.
Implementing a robust customer retention programme.
