Are you a talented and ambitious lawyer with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) specialising in funds and real estate funds? In this role, you will join a dynamic Funds Group and play a key part in advising clients on the legal aspects of private funds. Your responsibilities include:

- Advising on fund formation, structuring, and regulation across various asset classes (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, etc.)
- Assisting with fundraising activities for private funds
- Drafting and negotiating fund documentation
- Providing legal advice on fund investments and exits
- Working closely with partners and other team members to deliver exceptional client service

**About You**:

- You are a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a strong academic background
- You have 3-7 years of PQE specialising in funds with a proven track record of success
- You have excellent knowledge of the relevant regulations governing private funds
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Funds team is band 1 ranked and the covers manager and investor side work and secondaries. The funds team's clients range from new start up managers to established international financial institutions. The role offers:

- A range of GP and LP side work and secondaries
- Opportunities to develop client relationships, for business development and to raise your and the firms' profile; and the opportunity to be part of a growing funds team
