**Job Summary**

Mind Right is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Risk Clinician to join our team. In this critical role, you will manage a team of Clinical Assistants who serve as the first point of contact for new clients referred to our psychological treatment services. Utilizing digital triage tools, you will oversee the assessment of clinical risks and provide guidance and support to clients and staff. This role involves clinical risk management, team leadership, and the option to maintain a personal caseload of clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise a team of Clinical Assistants.
- Oversee the digital triage process, including the interpretation of PHQ-9 and GAD-7 psychometric outcomes.
- Investigate and manage clinical risks identified during the triage process.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to clients and Clinical Assistants.
- Act as a point of escalation for clinical risk cases for the service support team and network clinicians.
- Optionally carry a personal caseload of clients for treatment.
- Report to the Clinical Services Director and participate in the management team.

**Required Qualifications**
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Registered with an appropriate governing body.
- Experience in delivering psychotherapeutic talking therapies.
- Specialised experience in trauma and risk management.
- People management experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
