An exciting opportunity has arisen in SCSD for a Registered Nurse looking to advance their career in our operating theatres. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic visionary nurse/ODP to join our well-established Countywide Theatre Team to play a key role in achieving and maintaining the highest standard of clinical and patient care.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the management and quality of the care provided by our Countywide Team, across our 3 sites at The Alexandra Hospital, Worcestershire Royal and Kidderminster Hospital & Treatment Centre, and work closely with our Theatre Admissions Unit.
Applicants should be trained to Registered Nurse (Level 1)/ODP and have a degree level education. You will be required to demonstrate significant experience in leadership, have advanced knowledge and understanding of surgical specialties, and have exemplary communication skills. The ability to work in partnership with all members of the countywide Theatres Teams including A&R and Scrubs, and to provide seamless care and support is essential.
