**Job responsibilities**

You will be responsible for providing a first-class customer service experience whilst maximising the recovery on overdue balances for a variety of clients. You will be required to communicate effectively and use your negotiation skills to resolve these outstanding balances. You will be handling a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls and will be required to meet high quality standards and maintain regulatory compliance. This is a fast-paced role and will require someone who is comfortable working in a busy environment.**Person specification**Benefits**
