Trainee Lettings Negotiator - Epsom - £30K package
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join a successful and market leading independent estate agent in Epsom.
Trainee Lettings Negotiator key roles will include:

- Register applicants
- Arrange and carry out viewings
- Liaise and negotiate between landlords and tenants
- Generate new business
- Comply with standards and regulations
- General office admin.
To be considered for the Trainee Lettings Negotiator role you must have:

- The full UK driving licence and own car
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Willingness to learn
Working Hours:
As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you'll be required to work a 5 day working week.
Monday - Thursday 8.45 am
- 7pm
Fridays 8.45 am - 6pm
Saturdays on a rata basis 8.45 - 5pm. (A Lieu day is given for Saturdays worked)
Package:
In return for this position, my clients are looking to offer:
Basic Salary Circa £17,000
Monthly Car allowance £150pm
Personal commission at the rate of 5%
Quarterly Bonus Scheme
The REALISTIC On Target Earning (OTE) should equate to £30,000PA
