**Job Description
**We are currently recruiting for a Reservation Agent to join our awesome team at ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge.

We would love to have, as part of our team, someone who enjoys delivering a Great Customer Experience at all times and who is able to operate with a high level of autonomy.

**Work Experience
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You’ll be in charge of sales ledgers, individual and group bookings - assisting the reservations team in their daily tasks and looking after 2 Ibis hotels.

This position is ideal for anyone who already has experience in front office and would like to take a further step into Reservations.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:

- Good analytical skills with an investigative nature
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus in a busy environment
- Able to handle high volumes of data efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of FOLS and Accor invoicing procedures (or similar PMS)
- Good Excel skills and experience of Outlook and Word
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and time management
- Teamwork, flexibility and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: £10.66 per hour.
